Rooted is an intentional Earth Day gathering designed to help you recalibrate, ground, and restore balance within your life, and with the Earth.
 

Hosted in collaboration with Veronica at KW Spa, this 3-hour immersive afternoon blends sound therapy, shamanic healing, ceremony, and earth wisdom teachings to guide you back into harmony- with the land and within your own body.
