The Unwinding is a 1-hour, in-person group shamanic healing experience designed to support deep rest, energetic release, and reconnection.

Here, you’ll be invited to come in, get comfortable, and simply relax and receive! You'll be guided through a gentle opening to help you settle into the space. From there, Sydney will be moving through the room offering intuitive, shamanic energy work- both to the group as a whole and to each individual within it.

Each person’s experience will be different. Some people drift into a deeply restful state, others notice subtle shifts in their body or energy, and some simply experience a quiet sense of stillness and peace.

This space is for you if you’re:

• Feeling mentally or physically overwhelmed and needing a reset

• Wanting support without needing to talk or process everything out loud

• Craving a space where you can fully relax and let yourself be held
