Sydney's group shamanic healing sessions are returning- now held at KW Spa!
The Unwinding is a 1-hour, in-person group shamanic healing experience designed to support deep rest, energetic release, and reconnection.
Here, you’ll be invited to come in, get comfortable, and simply relax and receive! You'll be guided through a gentle opening to help you settle into the space. From there, Sydney will be moving through the room offering intuitive, shamanic energy work- both to the group as a whole and to each individual within it.
Each person’s experience will be different. Some people drift into a deeply restful state, others notice subtle shifts in their body or energy, and some simply experience a quiet sense of stillness and peace.

Hosted in collaboration with Veronica of Kasama Wellness in the vibrant Roncesvalles neighbourhood of Toronto, this retreat offers a grounded pause within the rhythm of the city. In a world that constantly asks you to move faster, hold more, and stay connected, this day is an invitation to slow down and come back to yourself- even in the midst of it all. Through guided journeys, sound journey, and intentional stillness, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves, restoring balance, and cultivating a deeper sense of clarity and belonging.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, root, and remember- to listen closely to your inner voice. You will leave feeling grounded, restored, and more deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
No experience is necessary- only a willingness to arrive with an open heart and a listening spirit.
