Sydney's group shamanic healing sessions are back at KW Spa!
The Unwinding is a 1-hour, in-person group shamanic healing experience designed to support deep rest, energetic release, and reconnection.
Here, you’ll be invited to come in, get comfortable, and simply relax and receive! You'll be guided through a gentle opening to help you settle into the space. From there, Sydney will be moving through the room offering intuitive, shamanic energy work- both to the group as a whole and to each individual within it.
Each person’s experience will be different. Some people drift into a deeply restful state, others notice subtle shifts in their body or energy, and some simply experience a quiet sense of stillness and peace.

Turning of the Wheel is a living ceremony series devoted to the Celtic Wheel of the Year- the ancient map of nature’s rhythms that guides us through eight sacred seasonal thresholds.
Each gathering invites you into deep connection with the Earth and your own spirit through ceremony, storytelling, and shamanic healing. Together, we honour the energies of each season- Samhain’s descent, Imbolc’s renewal, Beltane’s fire, Litha’s radiance- weaving ancient wisdom into modern life. In circle, we learn, remember, and reawaken our bond with the natural world and the unseen realms.
This Gathering: Lughnasadh- The First Harvest
Lughnasadh marks the first harvest of the Celtic Wheel of the Year- a time of abundance, gratitude, devotion, and reflection. It is the season where we begin to gather what has grown, honour the work that brought us here, and ask what is ready to be harvested, shared, released, or returned to the Earth.
This gathering is an invitation to pause at the edge of the harvest and take inventory of your life. What have you been tending to? What is beginning to ripen? What still needs care? What have you outgrown, even if it once fed you?
Through seasonal teachings, shamanic journeying, reflection, and ceremony, we will work with the energy of Lughnasadh as a guide for gratitude, discernment, devotion, sacred reciprocity, and the courage to honour both the fruits and the losses of the season.
If you have been feeling the ache of transition, craving deeper connection to the Earth, or sensing that something in your life is ready to be gathered, refined, or offered back, this ceremony is for you.
Together, we will gather in sacred circle to honour the first harvest, give thanks for what has grown, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to live in right relationship with the cycles of effort, abundance, surrender, and renewal.
