Grounded in Real Life
Every session begins with a conversation.
We start with what brought you in- what's happening, what you've been noticing, what you're questioning, or what you'd like support with. From there, depending on your booking, our work may include shamanic journeying, drumming, energy work, intuitive guidance, cards, symbolism, ceremony, or simply conversation. No two sessions need to look exactly the same.
You don't have to "be on" here. This is your time, so tune inward and check in with yourself. Ask questions. Tell me when something doesn't resonate. Laugh. Cry. Swear. Pause. Change direction. Say no.
And when something meaningful happens, we don't stop at “Well, that was interesting!” We talk about it! What stood out? What feels relevant? Perhaps most importantly- what does this mean for the life you're actually living, and the one you're cultivating?
Because spiritual work is not separate from your relationships, boundaries, career, grief, decisions, patterns, needs, or sense of self- and it matters most when there is somewhere for it to land.
The experience itself is only part of the work. What you choose to do with it is where it becomes a catalyst. After all, spiritual insight matters most when there is somewhere for it to land.
Some Things Take Time
You can book individual sessions once, occasionally, or continue returning to them for as long as they feel useful. But when you're exploring something more layered, complex, or deep rooted, I offer two more immersive ways to work together.
The Soul Beneath
7 Weeks of Guided Shamanic Exploration
Sometimes you know something is changing before you understand what it is. You may be questioning who you are, moving through a transition, noticing the same patterns surface again, or feeling there is something beneath your current experience that you haven't quite reached yet.
The Soul Beneath gives us seven weeks to stay curious about it.
Through a series of specialized shamanic journeys, we follow what emerges rather than trying to find one quick answer. A symbol from one journey may return differently in the next. One question may uncover another. Something you experience in journey may suddenly make sense when you notice how it is showing up in your everyday life. There is time to explore, question, follow the threads, and see what begins to take shape.
This is work for when you don't necessarily need someone to give you the answer—you need enough space to discover what your own inner world has been trying to show you.

4 Months of Private Spiritual Mentorship
There comes a point when knowing yourself more deeply isn't the same as living differently. You may already understand the pattern- you know where you abandon yourself, where your boundaries disappear, what you keep settling for, or what part of your life no longer feels like it fits. But still, knowing doesn't automatically make change easy.
Awaken Her is where insight becomes practice.
Over four months, we work with what is happening in your actual life while drawing from shamanic practice, intuitive exploration, coaching, ritual and spiritual work. That might mean learning to trust yourself before asking everyone else what they think. Implementing the boundary after you've discovered it. Paying attention to your needs before you're depleted. Building spiritual practices that belong in your real life rather than another list of things you should be doing.
There is space here for the spiritual and the deeply human- for insight, resistance, messiness, experimentation, setbacks, and the moments when something finally begins to feel different.
Awaken Her isn't about becoming a new version of yourself. It's about closing the gap between what you know and how you live.

Hollow & Hearth is proudly based at KW Spa on Ridge Berry Farm in Pelham, Ontario. Nestled away in the heart of farmland, this mini oasis is tucked into the Niagara countryside; surrounded by trees, open space, and a little breathing room from everyday life.
Clients are welcome to book appointments for shamanic healing, readings, and other in-person work based in the studio.
