After years of navigating depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from her own body and spirit, she found her way to intuitive development, energy healing, and spiritual soul work. These practices helped her feel like herself again, but it was Shamanism that rooted her, reshaped her, and called her home.

Through extensive practitioner training in Scotland, and a commitment to her own healing, Sydney learned to stop abandoning herself and started tending to the inner hearth she had ignored for years. That lived experience now forms the foundation of everything she offers.
